Social Media Automation

Consistency is the whole game. Systems are how you get it.

Book a free discovery call

Nobody stops posting because they ran out of ideas. They stop because Tuesday got busy. We build the system that keeps posting anyway — drafting on-brand content from your products and offers, publishing on schedule, and handling the DMs and comments that come back so the interest actually turns into enquiries.

If any of this sounds familiar

You post three times in one week, then nothing for a month.

DMs asking "price?" sit unanswered for two days.

Comments full of buying intent go unnoticed under old posts.

You are personally the bottleneck between having an offer and telling anyone about it.

What it does

Built to handle the whole job, not a demo of it.

Content generated from your real catalogue

The system drafts posts from your actual products, services, offers and seasonal moments — captions, hooks and hashtags in your voice, not generic filler.

Scheduled publishing that just runs

A content calendar you approve once, then posts go out automatically at the times your audience is actually online. Feed posts, carousels and stories.

DM auto-reply with real answers

Price, availability, location, timings, booking link — answered instantly, in a way that moves the conversation toward an enquiry instead of ending it.

Comment-to-DM capture

Someone comments "price" or "interested" and the system sends them a DM within seconds, before their attention moves on.

Repurposing across platforms

One piece of content reshaped for Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile and LinkedIn — correct format and tone for each, without you rewriting anything.

Approval controls where you want them

Fully automatic, or everything queued for your one-tap approval first. Most clients start with approvals and loosen them once they trust the output.

How it runs

Four steps, then it runs without you.

  1. 01

    We learn your voice

Your past posts, products, offers and tone become the content brief the system writes against.

  2. 02

    Content is drafted ahead

A rolling calendar of posts is generated with captions, hashtags and creative direction.

  3. 03

You approve, or you do not have to

Approve in bulk from your phone, or let categories you trust publish automatically.

  4. 04

    Engagement gets handled

DMs answered, comments replied to, buying intent captured as a lead in your CRM.

What changes

After it goes live

  • You never go dark for a month again
  • Enquiries from social get answered in seconds, not days
  • Social interest lands in your pipeline instead of your notifications
  • Content production stops depending on your free time
Connects to

Works with what you already run

We build around your existing tools rather than asking you to switch. If it has an API, an export or a report we can read on a schedule, we can usually connect it.

About social media automation

Will the content sound like a robot wrote it?

Not if it is set up properly. We train it on your existing posts and voice, and the first two weeks are a tuning period where you flag anything that sounds off. Most clients settle into approving in bulk.

Is automated posting against Instagram's rules?

No — we publish through the official Instagram and Facebook APIs, which are built for exactly this. We do not use anything that risks your account.

Do I lose control of what goes out?

Only if you want to. Approval-first is the default and you can keep it that way permanently.

Can it handle images and video too?

Yes — from your existing product photos and media library, or generated visuals where that suits your brand. We agree the creative approach during the build.
