Everything people ask before they book a call.
Including the answers that are not in our favour. If something you need to know is missing, ask Atlas — or just email us and we will answer it directly.
Getting started
5 What does OpsoraTech actually do?
We design and build custom automation systems for small and medium businesses. That means chat agents that answer customers, CRMs shaped around your real process, content and social systems that run on schedule, voice agents that handle calls, dashboards that show you what is happening, and back-office pipelines that eliminate data entry. Everything is built for your specific business rather than configured from a template.
How do I know which automation my business needs first?
That is what the discovery call is for. We walk through your week and find where time actually disappears and where enquiries actually leak. Usually one or two systems account for most of the pain, and we start there rather than automating everything at once.
Is my business too small for this?
Small businesses often benefit most, because there is nobody to delegate to. A single-person trade business recovering missed calls, or a two-person clinic that stops answering the phone all day, sees the return immediately. If your situation genuinely does not justify the build cost, we will tell you on the call.
What if I am not technical at all?
Most of our clients are not. We handle the technical side entirely and explain things in plain language. What you need to bring is knowledge of your own business — how it runs, what frustrates you, what good looks like.
Do you work with businesses outside your region?
Yes. We work remotely with businesses worldwide, in English. Discovery calls, build reviews and support all happen over video and chat.
Cost and commitment
4 How much does an automation system cost?
It depends entirely on scope, and we do not publish prices because a quote without understanding your process would be a guess. A single focused system is a very different build from a multi-channel platform with CRM integration. After the discovery call we send a written scope with a fixed price, so you know exactly what you are committing to before you commit.
Is it a subscription or a one-time cost?
The build is a one-time project cost. Ongoing running costs are usually small and go to the underlying services — messaging, hosting, model usage — which you pay directly. Optional monitoring and maintenance is a separate monthly arrangement if you want us to keep watching the system.
What is the return on this?
It usually comes from three places: hours of staff time returned, enquiries that no longer go unanswered, and revenue recovered from follow-up that previously never happened. We estimate this honestly during the blueprint stage using your own numbers, not industry averages.
Do you offer a free trial or demo?
The discovery call is free and genuinely useful even if you never hire us. For larger builds we can scope a small first system so you can see how we work before committing to the full project.
How the work happens
4 How long does a build take?
A focused single system is typically two to four weeks. Larger multi-system builds run six weeks or more. You get a firm timeline in the written blueprint before work starts, and we build in visible stages so you are never waiting in the dark.
Will this integrate with the tools we already use?
In most cases yes. WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Workspace, calendars, ad platforms, e-commerce stores, POS systems, accounting software, payment gateways and most CRMs are all integrable. If a tool has an API, an export, or even a report we can read on a schedule, we can usually work with it. We confirm every integration during discovery rather than assuming.
What do you need from us during the build?
Access to the relevant accounts, a walkthrough of your process, and reasonably prompt feedback at review points. Typically a few hours total across the project — the build work is ours.
What happens if we want changes after launch?
Small tuning in the first weeks is part of the project. Beyond that, changes are either covered by a maintenance arrangement or quoted as a small piece of work. Systems are built to be extended, so changes are rarely expensive.
Trust, control and risk
6 Who owns the system you build?
You do. It runs on your infrastructure and your accounts, your data stays yours, and you get full documentation and access. If you ever want to move on or take it in-house, nothing stops you.
What about our customer data?
Data stays within systems and accounts you control, and automations get least-privilege access — only what they need for their specific job. We map exactly where every piece of data travels before the build starts and walk you through it.
Can an AI agent say something wrong to my customers?
This is the risk worth taking seriously, and we design against it directly. Agents are constrained to your own knowledge base, instructed to escalate rather than guess, blocked from making claims about pricing or outcomes you have not approved, and deliberately stress-tested before launch. Anything sensitive routes to a human.
What if the automation breaks or goes down?
Systems are built with failure paths — if an automation cannot complete, it alerts a human rather than silently dropping the work. With a maintenance arrangement we monitor and respond ourselves. Without one, you get documentation and a support route.
Will my customers know they are talking to an automated system?
We recommend being upfront about it, and most clients do. In practice customers care far more about getting a fast, accurate, genuinely useful reply than about who typed it. Pretending otherwise tends to backfire.
Are you going to replace my staff?
That is almost never the point, and rarely the outcome. Automation absorbs the repetitive volume — the same twenty questions, the data entry, the reminder calls — so the people you already employ spend their time on customers and work that actually needs a human.
Still deciding?
The discovery call is free and has no pitch attached. Worst case you leave with a clear picture of what is worth automating in your business, whether or not we build it.
