Automation for restaurants & cafés

The rush is exactly when nobody can answer the phone.

Restaurants lose money in predictable places: the call that rang out during service, the table that never confirmed, the delivery aggregator report nobody reconciled, and the Instagram account that went quiet in February. Each of those is a system, not a staffing problem.

If you run this kind of business, you know these

The phone rings through the dinner rush and nobody can pick it up.

Bookings are on a paper diary and no-shows are just accepted.

The daily special gets posted whenever someone remembers.

Aggregator payouts never quite match what the POS says.

6 systems

What we build for restaurants & cafés

Each one is described as the problem, the system, and what actually changes. All of it is built to your specifics — these are the patterns, not a menu.

01

WhatsApp menu and ordering agent

The problem

Customers ask for the menu, prices and delivery timing over WhatsApp during your busiest hours.

The system we build

A chat agent sends the current menu, answers item and allergen questions, takes the full order with modifiers, confirms address and timing, and sends a payment link — then drops a clean ticket to the kitchen.

Orders taken during peak without pulling anyone off the floor.

02

Table booking with confirmation calls

The problem

Bookings arrive across phone, Instagram and walk-in requests, and no-shows quietly cost you covers.

The system we build

Every channel writes into one live table diary. A voice agent calls each booking the day before to confirm, offers to reschedule, and releases cancelled slots to the waitlist automatically.

Fewer empty tables and one diary everyone trusts.

03

Daily specials posted automatically

The problem

Social goes quiet the moment the week gets busy, which is every week.

The system we build

The system drafts posts and stories from your menu, specials and seasonal moments, schedules them at peak-appetite hours, and replies to comments and DMs asking about price, timing or location.

A feed that stays alive without anyone opening the app.

04

Review response and reputation watch

The problem

Google and delivery-app reviews sit unanswered, and bad ones are found weeks later.

The system we build

New reviews are detected within minutes, a reply is drafted in your voice for one-tap approval, and anything negative alerts you instantly with the order details attached.

Every review answered, problems caught the same day.

05

Delivery platform reconciliation

The problem

Swiggy, Zomato and your POS disagree, and checking them by hand is a monthly chore.

The system we build

Payout reports and POS records are pulled automatically, matched order by order, and every discrepancy, missed refund and commission error is listed with evidence.

Money you were quietly losing gets found.

06

Prep forecasting and stock alerts

The problem

You over-prep and waste, or under-prep and sell out of the popular thing by 8pm.

The system we build

Sales history, day of week, weather and local events feed a daily forecast of expected covers and item-level demand, sent to your phone with a suggested prep list and low-stock warnings.

Less waste, fewer sold-out disappointments.

Questions

Automation for restaurants & cafés

Can the ordering agent handle customisations?

Yes — sizes, extras, spice level, exclusions and combos are all modelled from your real menu, and it confirms the full order back before creating the ticket.

Will it work with our existing POS?

Usually. If your POS has an API or a scheduled export, we integrate with it. If not, we can run the ordering flow alongside it and hand tickets to the kitchen in whatever form works.

We have two outlets. Does that complicate things?

Not much — multi-outlet routing by location, separate menus and per-outlet reporting are all standard parts of the build.
